MORE THAN A CONVENTIONAL SKIRTED JIG

In our current product range, the Transformer probably comes closest to a conventional skirted jig. This is because the hook is largely exposed, as we have limited ourselves to the foremost part of the hook shank when attaching the material. However, it differs from a classic skirted jig in the variety of materials used, because although the space for attachment is very limited in this case, we have included more than just a few silicone fringes. The combination of different materials complements each other perfectly in terms of their properties and results in a skirted jig that is very catchy even without an additional trailer.

PERFECT BASIS FOR CUSTOMISED LURES

However, the Transformer certainly shows its strength in combination with different trailers. We have given it a small eyelet for this purpose, into which you can quickly and easily attach our various trailer models using their micro-snap. With a lure keeper, you can of course also attach your own soft baits into the Transformer. The offset hook also allows you to to rig your soft baits weedless, whereby we have found that the risk of snagging is already noticeably reduced by the elaborately tied skirt on our jig. The easy combination with a wide variety of trailers makes the Transformer a very flexible and versatile skirted jig.

EXPERTISE IN LURE CONSTRUCTION FOR GREAT EFFECTS

Although there are only a few millimetres of hook shank available, our lure makers manage to accommodate enough different materials for an attractive and extremely catchy skirted jig. There is also room for the small eyelet. This elaborate construction proofs our expertise in lure construction. The Transformer also benefits from our extensive experience in the field of suitable materials. Because some models have a surprise in store for you when you look at them under UV light. By using UV-active materials, these areas light up in bright colours in this light spectrum, making your lure even more eye-catching and attractive.

IN VARIOUS COLOURS AND WEIGHTS, ALL LEAD-FREE

We offer the Transformer in various designs, with each colour variant available in several different weights. Regardless of model and weight, all Transformers are tied on a 4/0 offset hook. The jig head is also made of tungsten and is therefore lead-free.

Like all of our lures, every single Transformer is made entirely by hand. The lure makers have a feel for the right quantity and combination of the individual materials. Although all specimens of a model are very similar, they are all unique and there may be minimal tolerances in length and weight due to the customised production process.
