Propeller flies that cut a dash
With the propeller, these artificial baits provide powerful vibrations under water
THEY MAKE WAVES
PROPELLER FLIES ATTRACT ATTENTION AND PROVOKE THE TAKE
These lures love to make a big entrance, because the small propeller mounted behind the eye of the hook creates a real buzz under water. Of course, these lures only become fully attractive when the propeller is spinning. In lakes and ponds, you should therefore actively retrieve them after casting and sinking; in flowing waters, it is often sufficient to hold them in the current at promising spots. This way, the fast-rotating propeller creates pressure waves and plenty of vibrations under water so that fish can detect it with their sensitive lateral line organ even at greater distances. In addition, the incident sunlight is reflected and scattered in all directions by the rotating propeller blade.
The strikingly designed lure models in bright colours with fine glitter fibres further enhance the visual effect of these lures. The lively silicone tails or the bushy versions made of marabou, as well as the holographic wiggle tails, also provide plenty of movement and make the propeller flies even more tempting and therefore catchier. Because hardly any predatory fish can resist this vibrant spectrum of different attractions.
HIGH-QUALITY MATERIALS, 100% HANDMADE
These extremely appealing lures are 100% handmade. Our professional lure makers attach all materials individually to the hook. They harmonise the materials used to create perfectly proportioned propeller flies. The production of these lures by hand has another advantage, however, as it also produces a much more durable lure. This means you can catch a whole range of fish and don't have to worry about your propeller fly disintegrating after just a few bites.
A "FLY" THAT IS IDEAL TO BE FISHED WITH A SPINNING ROD
Even though we always refer to this lure as a propeller fly, we have designed all models so that they can be cast very well and ideally fished with a light spinning rod. This means you can use these lures successfully in a whole range of different waters. In commercial fishing ponds, the models in bright contrasting colours have proved particularly popular. However, you can also use our propeller flies just as well on streams and rivers, although we recommend more muted and natural colours here.
